Eric Adler is Chief Executive Officer of PGIM Real Estate. Based in London, he is a member of the Global Management Council, the Global Investment Committee, the Global Operating Council and the Global Product Committee.
Previously, Mr. Adler was Global Chief Investment Officer of PGIM Real Estate, responsible for overseeing the investment process and working with regional business leaders to build a consistent investment culture around the world. Earlier, he served as head of PGIM Real Estate’s European business.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate in 2010, Mr. Adler co-directed Tishman Speyer’s European activities and was a member of its Global Management and Investment Committees. Prior to that role, Mr. Adler worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he led investment activities in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. He also had overall operational responsibility for its Special Situations Fund II. Previously, he worked for Credit Lyonnais and Unibail in Paris.
Mr. Adler serves on the management board of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona. Mr. Adler also earned a graduate business degree from HEC Business School in France.
